What to do after the STSM
The grantee is required to prepare a short scientific report based on the template available at COST webpage. It has to be done within 30 days after the end of the STSM. Two documents has to be uploaded to the COST webpage:
-
- filled template downloaded from the webpage (including half a page of outreach text about the topic)
-
- confirmation of the host institution of the successful execution of the STSM,
Failure to submit the report within 30 days will effectively cancel the grant.
This completes the duty of the grantee / the host.
What will happen next:
The STSM Coordinator will inform of the budget to the THOR Action Chair, who is responsible for final approving of the scientific report and informing the Grant Holder that the STSM has been successfully accomplished. After the receipt of the approval by email, the Grant Holder will execute the payment of the grant.
All this can be sent via the e-cost form.
STSM-supported applicants should acknowledge to the THOR COST Action:
The work has been performed in the framework of COST Action CA15213 "Theory of hot matter and relativistic heavy-ion collisions" (THOR).
Applicant name, project title, home and host institutions, period, topic and the report will be published on the THOR's webpage: https://thor-cost.eu.
